Information and Downloads
To continue with my education to obtain an A.S. Degree in Computer Information Systems and Mathematics, a B.S. Degree in Computer Science and to obtain certification from Cisco/Microsoft. To be employed by a secure/stable and growing company which offers challenging and rewarding opportunities for its employees and that encourages advancement in education.
I have extensive experience in the Customer Service area and Shipping/Receiving side of large computer service companies. I have dealt with customers via telephone, written correspondence and electronic communication. I also have experience supervising individual customer situations throughout the entire process from first contact to project completion, and have supervised small project groups. I am analytically and mechanically inclined. Personal computer literate, including IBM compatible, Windows 9x & NT & XP, MS-DOS, MS-Office (9x thru 2007), ProComm Hermes, and Internet, among other software programs, also can type 30-35 wpm/6800kph with NO errors. I am also familiar with the following software programs: Reflections D-1 (Dispatch-One), Lawson Desktop Management, and the SAP system.
While employed by Cerplex as a Customer Service Representative, I discovered two separate theft
operations: one was committed by one of their vendors/customers, the other by one of their carriers.
I am extremely passionate and highly motivated when on a PC. I am also interested in a change of career in an area of any entry-level position in help desk/tech support, pc repair, Web design, networking, programming or any area revolving around the use(s) of computers.
