            To continue with my education to obtain an A.S. Degree in Computer Information Systems and Mathematics, a B.S. Degree in Computer Science and to obtain certification from Cisco/Microsoft.  To be employed by a secure/stable and growing company which offers challenging and rewarding opportunities for its employees and that encourages advancement in education.

 

Profile

 

        I have extensive experience in the Customer Service area and Shipping/Receiving side of large computer service companies.  I have dealt with customers via telephone, written correspondence and electronic communication. I also have experience supervising individual customer situations throughout the entire process from first contact to project completion, and have supervised small project groups.  I am analytically and mechanically inclined.  Personal computer literate, including IBM compatible, Windows 9x & NT & XP, MS-DOS, MS-Office (9x thru 2007), ProComm Hermes, and Internet, among other software programs, also can type 30-35 wpm/6800kph with NO errors.  I am also familiar with the following software programs: Reflections D-1 (Dispatch-One), Lawson Desktop Management, and the SAP system.

 

            While employed by Cerplex as a Customer Service Representative, I discovered two separate theft

operations: one was committed by one of their vendors/customers, the other by one of their carriers.

 

Summary

 

            I am extremely passionate and highly motivated when on a PC.  I am also interested in a change of career in an area of any entry-level position in help desk/tech support, pc repair, Web design, networking, programming or any area revolving around the use(s) of computers.

Duties included: Generating weekly Undelivered and No POD summary reports to be distributed to superiors.  I created a macro that reduced the amount of time required to generate the reports by 8 hours per week.  Re-worked existing Agent Log database, created fax coversheets within the database with self populating fields, obtaining POD’s on-line via the Web.
